Dear Visitors and 60′s Scoop,

Breaking the Silence

Breaking the Silence

The 60′s Scoop lawsuit claim remains an on-going legal case in Canada, to provide an opportunity for Justice and for the Voices of adult survivors, of child abuse and traumas, to finally be heard in court.

The case is important because the plaintiffs, Aboriginals, Metis and Inuit, are seeking to be officially heard in court and get acknowledgement from Canada, that these abuses had been committed, while in the trusted care of the Canadian sponsored institution, we knew as the Children’s Aid Society.

It is time to break the silence and the secrets.

In order to ensure success of this very important case, we are seeking contributions from individuals and First Nation communities and organizations. Our goals is to help offset the prohibitive costs and fee’s associated with court lawsuits due to the length of time that is used, to prolong such a case by the government of Canada.

We hope that we can count on your support to help with this important mission. Please use the Paypal button on this page or send an Email to the Web Admin using the CONTACT FORM, to receive a reply with an enclosed address, to send your contribution by snail mail.

We thank you for your time and consideration. Please keep us in your prayers and for those who never made it home.
